These Terms & Conditions explain the basic rules for using NUVILOZI and its focus tools. NUVILOZI is operated by Ezy Flow Ai Pty Ltd. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Ezy Flow Ai Pty Ltd, and “you” means the person using NUVILOZI.

By creating an account or using NUVILOZI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The date above shows when this version was last updated.

NUVILOZI helps you turn a task into smaller next steps, work through Focus Sprints, and practise attention with Focus Games. It is designed to make starting feel lighter and progress easier to see.

Features may include Nuvi Quests, Daily Wins, Focus Sprints, Nuvi Points, streaks, and session-based games. We may adjust features as the service develops, while aiming to keep the experience useful and clear.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under the age at which you can make that agreement, use NUVILOZI with a parent or guardian where the law requires it.

• Keep your sign-in details private and use your own account.
• Provide information that is accurate enough for your account to work.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

You are responsible for activity through your account, except where that responsibility cannot lawfully apply.

Nuvi Points, streaks, quest progress, and game scores are in-app or session features. They are not cash, credit, prizes, or financial rewards, and they do not guarantee a particular result. Game scores are session-only and do not change task points or streaks.

Use the tools at a pace that suits you. You choose what tasks to enter and what suggestions to follow. NUVILOZI does not promise that a task will be completed or that a particular level of focus or productivity will occur.

NUVILOZI is a productivity and focus tool. It is not medical, psychological, diagnostic, or emergency advice. NUVILOZI does not diagnose, treat, or prevent ADHD or any health condition.

For a health concern, speak with a qualified health professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service. Do not use NUVILOZI as a substitute for professional care.

NUVILOZI Premium is $7.99 USD per month after a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected upfront so Stripe can process the subscription if the trial continues into a paid period. All six Focus Games are available during the trialing and active subscription states.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will automatically bill the payment method for the recurring Premium charge shown during checkout and in the billing portal. Stripe manages payment processing and billing records. Use the signed-in app’s Manage Subscription button to open the Stripe billing portal and review the applicable billing details.

Premium cancellation and marketing-message opt-out are separate choices. Follow the instructions on the Unsubscribe & Subscription Help page.

If the self-service billing path is unavailable, email info@ezyflowai.com. Marketing emails include their own unsubscribe link. For any marketing SMS we send, reply STOP.

Use NUVILOZI lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, try to bypass access controls, reverse engineer it where prohibited, impersonate another person, or upload content that you do not have the right to share.

We may limit, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, serious misuse, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason. Ending access does not remove rights or obligations that arose before the end of access.

The NUVILOZI name, Nuvi character, artwork, software, written content, and service design belong to Ezy Flow Ai Pty Ltd or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use NUVILOZI while your account is allowed to access it.

You keep the rights you already have in task text you submit. You allow us to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the account features you use. Only submit content you have the right to share, and avoid entering someone else’s confidential or sensitive information.

We work to keep NUVILOZI available, but the service may be unavailable or delayed because of maintenance, technical issues, connectivity, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.

Stripe is a third-party payment provider. Its billing portal and services may have their own terms, notices, and availability. We are not responsible for a third-party service except to the extent applicable law says otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

To the extent the law permits, we do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or loss caused by misuse of NUVILOZI or a third-party service. We do not promise particular productivity, focus, health, or financial results. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
