Premium subscription
Cancel NUVILOZI Premium
Premium costs $7.99 USD per month after the 7-day free trial. Cancellation is handled through the signed-in app and Stripe’s billing portal.
- 1Sign in to NUVILOZI and open the home screen.
- 2Open Focus Games.
- 3Choose Manage Subscription.
- 4In Stripe’s billing portal, follow the cancellation steps and review the billing details shown there.
Still in your trial? Cancel before the 7-day trial ends if you do not want the first recurring charge. Stripe will show the applicable billing details and timing.
If you cannot find Manage Subscription or the billing portal does not work, email info@ezyflowai.com for help.
Stop marketing emails
Open any marketing email from NUVILOZI and select the unsubscribe link at the bottom. Follow the confirmation steps if the email provides them.
Account and transactional emails may still be sent when needed to operate your account or respond to a request.
Stop marketing SMS
For any marketing SMS NUVILOZI sends, reply STOP to the message. Where supported, reply HELP for assistance.
If the reply path fails, contact info@ezyflowai.com. These instructions apply to marketing SMS the business sends.
